Apollo Title Company has extensive experience working with lenders. We perform title examinations so as to provide marketable title to the property securing the lender’s loan. We work closely with loan processors and closers, obtaining surveys, homeowners insurance information, flood insurance information, termite/moisture letters and satisfying all other lender requirements. Our goal is to help lenders grow and succeed through efficient and timely closings.
